Maddy is a registered quarter horse. She is 12 years old and has had 9 babies. For the past 8 years of her life she has been a broad mare and had been left out in the pasture without much handling. She hadn’t even had anyone touch her feet in that long. So she was pretty shy and is very jumpy until we all started giving her more love and patient attention. After a lot of work Maddy enabled us to pick her feet up to clean them. We had to out bid a kill buyer to bring Maddy home. Maddy will make a great companion for any horse.
