Joy grew up in a Seattle suburb with all sorts of animal friends around the house.  She was riding her pony before she can even remember and got a horse by the age of 4.  Her horse--Sheba--is now about 30 years young.  Joy splits her time between AZ and WA and flies home every few weeks to visit her family and horse.  She loves the Wildhorse Ranch Rescue because it reminds people that every creature has intrinsic value--whether it has 2 legs or 4.  Joy's a vegetarian, a Leo, a U.W. business school graduate, a "retired" actress, she likes movies, loves dance, and her favorite color is purple.
