The Shirley Hall Emergency Medical Fund for Animals (SHEMFA) was created to specifically help Wildhorse Ranch Rescue in honor of Shirley Hall. Shirley loved animals. Her legacy continues to this day by helping to put emergency funds in place for unexpected veterinary costs.
