In Memory of Leta Kay Kloefkorn

Leta Kay Kloefkorn, 60, passed away peacefully on February 13, 2023 at her home in Gilbert, Arizona.
Leta was born on August 15, 1962 in Arkansas City, Kansas.

Leta Kay loved to travel, work on crafts, watch MASH, and listen to gospel and country music. She liked to stay busy and was always willing to help.

Leta Kay loved horses and began volunteering at Wildhorse Ranch Rescue with her sister, Kim, soon after they moved to Gilbert. Leta Kay connected with the horses in a way that most people can’t. While she loved all the horses and they loved her, she had a special connection with Sierra, Patience, and Playboy. Some of Leta Kay’s happiest moments were at the Ranch with the horses and the people that love them.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Wildhorse Ranch Rescue in honor and memory of Leta Kay.

Animals are pure of soul and recognize people who are the same. She'll run free with many on the other side.

Always enjoyed seeing her excitement when being with the horses. The horses made her smile, in turn, she made me smile. Prayers of comfort to Kim, family and friends.
